The Wehrli Custom Fabrication WCF100489-BR is a complete S400 single turbo installation kit designed specifically for 2001-2004 LB7 Duramax engines. This comprehensive kit replaces all OEM plumbing and y-bridge components with high-flow 3-inch diameter piping to maximize turbo performance and efficiency. Each turbo kit is hand-built in-house by experienced fabricators and welders, with every part built and test-fitted on an engine to ensure proper fitment.

Complete Kit Includes:

• 5-inch intake with dry air filter and Outerwear's pre-filter cover
• T4 pedestal and spacer with hardware
• High-quality stainless steel braided Parker oil feed and drain lines with fittings, routing from the main oil galley on the side of the engine block
• 3-inch fabricated high-flow y-bridge
• 3-inch hot side and cold side intercooler pipes
• 3-inch down pipe with high-temp coating that mates to exhaust system flange
• Driver side transmission dipstick tube for easier down pipe installation
• Silicone boots, T-bolt clamps, V-band clamps, and heat wrap
• Bengal Red powder coating finish

• 14-gauge mandrel bent aluminum construction
• Down pipe designed to connect with exhaust system V-band and clamp, simplifying installation without requiring you to cut the exhaust system
• Turbo down pipe designed for half Marmon style S400 exhaust outlet with 4.6-inch diameter flat flange
• Not compatible with HX40 style exhaust outlet flanges

• If not purchasing turbo from Wehrli, you must specify the turbo brand as some turbos may require shipment for mock-up to build the kit
• Race cover style or SXE turbochargers require the use of a forward-facing VAN style thermostat housing and hose, sold separately
