Carli Suspension CS-FLTB-05 Long Travel Air Bag System for 2005-2007 Ford F250/F350 4x4 with 4.5" Lift

The Carli Suspension CS-FLTB-05 Long Travel Air Bag System increases the load capacity and towing capability of your 2005-2007 Ford Super Duty without sacrificing ride quality and comfort. Carli combined tapered billet pistons and rolling sleeve design to maximize the travel and ride quality by minimizing the exponential spring rate increase associated with aftermarket airbags.

Key Features:

• Supports up to 12 inches of suspension travel
• 2,000 lb capacity per bag at 100 psi
• Heavy-duty construction rated up to 100 psi with a normal operating range of 5 to 75 psi
• 100% bolt-on DIY installation
• Includes everything for manual fill setup with industry standard 1/4" airline for optional onboard air integration
• Restores factory payload capacity to full progressive springs with adjustable rear loaded height

Important Fitment Notes:

• Ford Long travel airbags will ONLY work with 2" of rear lift on an F350 or 3" on an F250 and cannot be used on a stock height truck
• Only fits 2005-2016 Ford Super Duty trucks with the 3.5" axle tube
• Compatible ONLY with Carli 4.5" lift systems due to extended and collapsed dimension combined with ride height piston-depth

These air bags are suitable for big 5th wheels, work trucks, campers, boats, bumper pull trailers and hauling applications.
