Wehrli Custom Fabrication WCF100489-IP S400 Single Turbo Install Kit LB7 Duramax Illusion Purple

The Wehrli Custom Fabrication S400 Single Turbo Install Kit enables installation of an S400-based turbocharger on 2001-2004 Chevrolet/GMC 6.6L LB7 Duramax engines. This comprehensive kit replaces all OEM plumbing and Y-bridge with high-flow 3-inch diameter piping to maximize airflow and performance. Each kit is hand-built in-house by experienced fabricators and welders, with every component test-fit on an engine to ensure proper fitment.

Key Features:

• 5-inch intake system with dry air filter and Outerwear's pre-filter cover
• 3-inch fabricated high-flow Y-bridge for improved intake efficiency
• T4 turbo pedestal and spacer with mounting hardware
• High-quality stainless steel braided Parker oil feed and drain lines with fittings
• Oil feed line routes from main oil galley on engine block
• 3-inch hot-side intercooler pipe
• Turbo downpipe designed for half-Marmon style S400 exhaust outlet (4.6-inch diameter flat flange)
• V-band exhaust connection for simplified installation without cutting exhaust system
• Includes driver-side transmission dipstick tube for easier downpipe installation
• Finished in Illusion Purple powder coating

Important Notes:

• Turbo not included - kit accommodates S400-based turbochargers
• Not compatible with HX40 style exhaust outlet flanges
• Race cover or SXE turbochargers require forward-facing VAN style thermostat housing (sold separately)
• OEM turbo coolant feed port will interfere with larger turbo intake - requires WCFAB billet forward-facing thermostat housing kit or modified OEM pipe
