This big single turbocharger install kit from WCFab for 2001-2004 Chevy Silverado 2500 / 3500 HD trucks contains what you need to swap from your stock IHI style turbo to a larger frame Borg Warner S400 style setup on a 6.6L LB7 Duramax diesel engine. Replacing all of the OEM plumbing and y-bridge with high flow 3" diameter piping, this comprehensive kit delivers a significant performance upgrade with premium Bronze Chrome powder coat finish.

• 5" Intake with Dry Air Filter and Outerwear's Pre-Filter Cover
• T4 Pedestal & Spacer with Hardware
• Stainless Steel Oil Feed and Drain Lines - high quality stainless steel braided Parker Lines with the oil feed line routing from the main oil galley on the side of the engine block
• 3" Fabricated High Flow Y-Bridge
• 3" Hot Side and Cold Side Intercooler Pipes
• 14g Mandrel Bent Aluminum Construction
• 3" Down Pipe with High Temp Coating (Mates to exhaust system flange)
• Driver Side Trans Dipstick Tube
• Silicone Boots, T-Bolt Clamps, V-Band Clamps, and Heat wrap

Important Installation Notes:

• Turbo Downpipe is designed for Half Marmon style S400 exhaust outlet, which measures 4.6" Diameter flat flange. NOT compatible with HX40 style exhaust outlet flanges.
• You MUST use a WCFAB Billet forward-facing thermostat housing Kit WCF100405 together with this kit to complete the installation.
• Race cover style or SXE turbo chargers will require the use of a forward facing VAN style thermostat housing and hose, sold separate.

We designed our down pipe to connect with your exhaust system V-Band and clamp which simplifies installation and does not require you to cut your exhaust system. Manufactured in the USA with premium 14-gauge mandrel-bent aluminum construction and finished in eye-catching Bronze Chrome powder coat for exceptional durability and appearance.
