This big single turbocharger install kit from WCFab for 2001-2004 Chevy Silverado 2500 / 3500 HD trucks contains what you need to swap from your stock IHI style turbo to a larger frame Borg Warner S400 style setup on a 6.6L LB7 Duramax diesel engine. This kit allows you to install an S400-based turbo on your LB7 Duramax, replacing all of the OEM plumbing and y-bridge with high flow 3" diameter piping.

Complete Installation Package Includes:

• 5" fabricated aluminum intake with heavy duty sheet metal air box and high performance dry filter with pre-filter cover
• T4 pedestal and spacer with hardware
• High-quality stainless steel braided Parker oil feed and drain lines with fittings
• Upgraded high flow 3" fabricated billet y-bridge kit which replaces the restrictive stock upper intake manifold
• 3" diameter mandrel bent 14 gauge aluminum hot side and cold side intercooler pipes
• 3" downpipe with high temp coating that mates to exhaust system flange
• Driver side transmission dipstick tube, silicone boots, T-bolt clamps, V-band clamps, and heat wrap

Important Installation Notes:

• The OEM turbo coolant feed port will interfere with the larger WCFAB turbo intake in this kit - you MUST use a WCFAB Billet forward-facing thermostat housing Kit WCF100405
• Turbo downpipe is designed for Half Marmon style S400 exhaust outlet which measures 4.6" diameter flat flange - NOT compatible with HX40 style exhaust outlet flanges
• If not purchasing turbo from Wehrli, you must specify the brand of turbo you are using as some turbos may require shipping for mock-up to build the kit properly
