The Wehrli Custom Fabrication S400 High Mount 2nd Gen Swap Kit is a complete turbo installation solution designed for 2004.5-2007 Dodge Ram trucks equipped with the 5.9L Cummins diesel engine. This comprehensive kit provides all the necessary components to upgrade from a stock turbocharger to a high-performance S400-based turbo system using a 2nd generation style exhaust manifold.

Innovative High Mount Design:

The kit features a unique high-mount configuration where the manifold points upward, allowing for simplified downpipe installation without requiring modifications to your existing exhaust system. The downpipe connects directly to the V-band flange on your exhaust pipe, just like the factory turbo and cast elbow setup, ensuring a straightforward installation process.

Complete Kit Includes:

• 4-inch shorty downpipe with V-band connection to exhaust system
• 4-inch aluminum intake pipe
• High-flow dry air filter with Outerwears pre-filter cover
• Oil feed line fitting and complete oil drain line assembly
• 1/2-inch T4 spacer plate for proper turbo mounting
• 3-inch hot side intercooler pipe
• CNC-machined flanges with O-ring seals for leak-free boost
• TIG-welded aluminum tubing throughout
• All necessary silicone boots, T-bolt clamps, and installation hardware

All tubing is TIG welded for strength and durability, while mating flanges are CNC machined with O-ring seals where necessary to provide a completely boost-leak-free setup. Important Compatibility Notes:

This kit is designed to work with 2nd Gen style exhaust manifolds from Stainless Diesel or Steed Speed (sold separately). The turbocharger and manifold are not included. If you are using a turbo or manifold not purchased from Wehrli, you must specify the brand and model, as some brands may require sending parts to Wehrli for custom fitting. This kit is not compatible with race cover style S400 turbos.
