Carli Suspension CS-DRA6-03-S Radius Arm System 6 Inch Lift Kit

The Carli Suspension CS-DRA6-03-S Radius Arm System transforms the ride quality and handling of lifted Ram HD trucks with a complete long-arm conversion designed specifically for 6-inch lift applications. Engineered for exact geometry, this system features maximum strength 3/16-inch construction with full-length 1/4-inch internal gussets, zero-bind axle articulation thanks to the axle control shock, and maximum wheel travel given their length.

Key Features:

• 3-link design with a custom axle control shock on the driver's side arm
• Custom built and tuned stainless plunger shock controls low-speed axle articulation movement maintaining precise suspension geometry
• Two-piece crossmember for ease of installation
• Spherical bearings are greasable and serviceable for ease of maintenance
• 100% bolt-on DIY kit with no cutting of factory brackets required
• Crossmember designed for easy transmission removal
• Can be returned to stock at any time and transferred to another vehicle

This radius arm system addresses the common problems of poor ride quality and lost articulation that plague lifted Ram trucks with factory control arms. Long arms mount further back on the frame rail to reduce the angle at which they meet the axle, drastically increasing the front suspension's handling capabilities by minimizing or eliminating the bind that standard control arms put the front axle in.

Application: Designed to fit 2003-2009 Ram 2500/3500s equipped with 6-inch lift systems. This is the short crossmember configuration (CS-DRA6-03-S), ideal for most street-driven applications.
