Product Details

The Carli Suspension Progressive HD Leaf Spring Kit delivers a 2" rear lift designed to maintain the ideal stance when paired with Carli 3" front suspension systems on 2003-2009 Ram 2500/3500 gas trucks. This heavy-duty spring pack is engineered for serious payload capacity and off-road performance.

Key Features:

  • Progressive spring rate design provides excellent ride quality unloaded while supporting heavy payloads
  • Rated for mid-sized slide-in campers with up to 1,500 lbs in the bed
  • Minimizes axle wrap and wheel hop under acceleration and heavy loads
  • Capable of 15" of suspension travel when used with factory shackle
  • Complete kit includes U-bolt hardware necessary for installation
  • Maintains proper geometry and ride height under load

This kit is specifically designed for gas-powered Ram trucks and includes the progressive HD leaf springs, installation hardware, and all necessary components for a complete rear suspension upgrade. The progressive spring design ensures the truck rides comfortably when unloaded but firms up progressively as weight is added, making it ideal for trucks that see varying payload conditions.

Kit Includes: Progressive HD leaf springs (AP-DFSPHD), spring hardware kit (CS-DFSPKIT-03), and U-bolt kit (CS-DUBK-03-H)
