Regal Rexnord Marathon 2118T NEMA Motor Transition Base 213/5 to 182/4T Frame

The Regal Rexnord Marathon 2118T is a NEMA motor transition base that converts 213/5-frame motor mounting dimensions and shaft heights to match those of a 182/4T-frame installation. This adapter allows a modern NEMA T-frame motor to be installed directly onto an existing U-frame base without modifying the surrounding equipment or infrastructure.

Key Features:

• Frame Conversion: Adapts NEMA 213/215 T-frame motors to 182/184 U-frame base mounting dimensions and shaft heights
• Sold as a Pair: Kit includes two pieces — one for each side of the motor's foot
• Horizontal Mounting: Designed for horizontal motor installations; shimming may be required for direct-coupled loads
• Heavy-Duty Construction: Built with the same high-quality materials as Marathon's adjustable motor bases
• Simplified Motor Replacement: Enables replacement of an older NEMA U-frame motor with a current NEMA T-frame equivalent without structural modifications
• Model/Spec Number: KIT 210U
• UPC: 722856043924

The Marathon 2118T transition base is the practical solution for industrial and commercial motor swap-outs where frame generations differ. Thread sizing on the base is matched to the T-frame motor's mounting bolts. Always verify motor frame dimensions and shaft height requirements before installation.
