Caleffi 519600A Differential Pressure Bypass Valve NPT - 1

The Caleffi 519600A is a differential pressure bypass valve designed for use in hydronic systems with a fixed speed circulating pump supplying several zones controlled by two-way zone valves. This valve ensures that the head pressure of the pump is proportional to the number of two way valves being closed, bypassing the differential pressure created by the pump as the zone valves close, thus eliminating water hammer noise.

Key Specifications:

• Adjustable differential pressure range from 2 to 10 psi with graduated scale for easy setup
• 1-inch NPT inlet with 1-inch NPT union outlet connection
• Maximum working pressure of 150 psi
• Maximum working temperature of 230°F
• Flow capacity up to 40 GPM
• Brass body construction with stainless steel spring
• Peroxide-cured EPDM O-ring seals

Construction Materials:

• Brass body
• Brass valve plug
• ABS control knob
• Stainless steel spring
• Asbestos-free NBR union seals

This Series 519 bypass valve is ideal for maintaining proper system balance in multi-zone hydronic heating and cooling systems. Suitable for use with water or 30% glycol solution. The adjustable control knob features a clear graduated scale for precise differential pressure settings, making installation and setup straightforward.
