Grundfos 96402782 VersaFlo UPS40-160/2F 3-Speed Cast Iron Circulator Pump 3/4 HP 115V

The Grundfos 96402782 UPS40-160/2F is a commercial-grade cast iron 3-speed circulator pump with GF40/43 flanged connections, designed for reliable operation in large residential and commercial HVAC applications. This three-speed circulator pump is designed for heating and air-conditioning systems and is also used for central and district heating systems, providing reliable and maintenance-free operation.

Key Features:

• 3-speed motor technology reduces noise and power consumption
• Canned rotor design with pump and motor forming an integral unit without shaft seal and with only two gaskets for sealing
• Bearings are lubricated from the liquid being pumped through the unit, eliminating the need for frequent lubrication
• Flow range of 13-134 GPM with head range of 1-62 feet
• 1-1/2 inch flanged connections for easy installation
• Self-venting feature helps prevent air-locked circulator
• 3/4 HP motor operating at 115V single phase, 60Hz

These circulation applications include circulating liquids in heating and air-conditioning systems, general water supply, boiler/hydronic heating, and chilled water systems. The cast iron construction provides durability for demanding commercial installations, while the wet rotor design ensures quiet, long-lasting performance with minimal maintenance requirements.
