Bray 92-1190-11300-532 Double Acting Pneumatic Actuator for 8-10 Inch Valves

The Bray 92-1190-11300-532 is a Series 92 double-acting rack and pinion pneumatic actuator designed for quarter-turn valve automation on 8-inch and 10-inch butterfly valves. This opposed-piston actuator provides reliable 90° rotation for both on-off and throttling applications in industrial process control systems.

Key Features:

• Rack and pinion design with linear output torque throughout travel
• Maximum operating pressure of 140 PSI (10 bar)
• Operating temperature range: -4°F to 200°F (-20°C to 93°C)
• Completely enclosed and self-contained design with no external moving parts
• Factory lubricated with no field lubrication required
• ISO 5211 compliant mounting dimensions for direct valve installation
• Two independently adjustable travel stops with +5° to -5° adjustment range
• Extruded anodized aluminum alloy housing with die-cast aluminum end caps
• Hardened alloy steel output shaft and pinion, zinc plated for corrosion protection
• Mechanical high-visibility position indicator
• Integral pneumatic passageways eliminate external tubing requirements

The actuator mounts directly to Bray butterfly valves without brackets or couplings, minimizing misalignment and contamination buildup. Suitable operating media include dry compressed air, hydraulic oil, water, and inert gases. The actuator can be mounted in any position without loss of performance and is suitable for both continuous cycling and throttling service.
