Burnham 7186018 Flame Roll-Out Switch Mounting Bracket for Gas Boilers

The Burnham 7186018 Flame Roll-Out Switch Mounting Bracket is an OEM replacement safety component designed to securely position the flame roll-out switch within Burnham gas boiler systems. Proper mounting of the flame roll-out switch is critical to ensuring accurate detection of hazardous flame rollout conditions and reliable boiler shutdown response.

Flame rollout occurs when burner flames escape the combustion chamber — a dangerous condition that can lead to equipment damage, fire risk, or gas leaks. This bracket holds the roll-out switch firmly in place, preventing misalignment during normal operation and ensuring the switch can perform its protective function as intended.
