The Burnham 6016066 is a manual reset limit switch designed as a critical safety component for residential and commercial boiler systems. This limit switch is engineered to monitor and control the maximum operating temperature of heating appliances, interrupting the electrical circuit when temperatures exceed 200 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent overheating and potential equipment damage.

Key Features:

• Manual reset functionality provides operator control after the switch trips due to excessive heat
• Temperature trip point set at 200°F for reliable overheat protection
• Includes mounting bracket for secure installation
• Durable construction for long-term reliability in demanding heating environments
• Technical Identification number: 1NT15L-2584
• Precision temperature sensing ensures accurate activation

This limit switch is commonly used in gas-fired heating systems including natural gas boilers and furnaces. When activated, it immediately shuts down the heating process to prevent the system from reaching dangerous temperature levels. The manual reset feature requires operator intervention to restore power after a trip event, ensuring that the underlying cause of overheating is addressed before the system resumes operation. The included bracket facilitates proper mounting and positioning within the boiler assembly.

Genuine OEM replacement part designed specifically for Burnham boiler systems. Professional installation by a licensed heating contractor is strongly recommended to ensure proper operation and system safety.
