Burnham 6016060 240°C Flame Rollout Switch with Bracket Assembly

The Burnham 6016060 is a 240°C (464°F) flame rollout safety switch with bracket assembly designed for use in Burnham Minuteman II (MMII4 and MMII5) boilers. This critical safety device monitors flame behavior and automatically shuts down the heating system if flames roll out of the combustion chamber, preventing potential fire hazards and protecting your equipment from damage.

Key Features:

• 240°C (464°F) temperature rating for reliable flame rollout detection
• Includes FRS (Flame Rollout Switch) bracket assembly for easy installation
• Genuine OEM replacement part manufactured by Neuco for Burnham
• Compatible with Burnham Minuteman II MMII4 and MMII5 boiler models
• Automatic reset safety switch design
• Suitable for systems up to 140,000 BTU heating capacity

This rollout switch serves as a temperature limit safety control that detects abnormal flame patterns and prevents dangerous operating conditions. When the switch senses excessive heat from flame rollout, it interrupts the control circuit to stop burner operation until the issue is resolved and the switch is reset. Regular inspection of this component ensures continued safe boiler operation and helps identify potential combustion problems before they become serious.
