Nortec Humidifier Parts 2577157 Float & Thermostatic Steam Trap 3/4" NPT 15 PSIG

The Nortec 2577157 is a float and thermostatic (F&T) steam trap designed for efficient condensate removal in commercial and industrial humidification systems. This four-port steam trap features 3/4" NPT connections and is rated for pressures up to 15 psig, making it ideal for low-pressure steam applications in HVAC and process humidification equipment.

Key Features:

• Float mechanism automatically detects and drains condensate levels for continuous operation
• Integrated thermostatic element vents air and non-condensable gases for rapid condensate drainage
• Four-port 3/4" NPT configuration with two included plugs for versatile 2-port or 4-port installation
• Maximum operating pressure of 15 psig for low to medium pressure steam systems
• Corrosion-resistant construction ensures long-term durability and reliability
• Prevents moisture buildup that can damage humidification equipment

This genuine Nortec replacement part is compatible with Nortec LS series humidifiers and other commercial steam humidification systems. The float and thermostatic design provides superior air venting capabilities compared to standard steam traps, making it particularly effective for systems with varying loads and modulating pressures. OEM part numbers 1599601 and 2600814 cross-reference to this component.
