Nortec Humidifier Parts 1519029 Cylinder 309 Steam Humidifier Replacement Cylinder 020 440-600V

The Nortec 1519029 Cylinder 309 is a disposable replacement steam cylinder designed for Nortec EL and NH-series electrode steam humidifiers. This cylinder is specifically engineered for 020 capacity units operating on 440-600V single-phase power systems.

Key Features:

• Disposable plastic steam cylinder for quick and easy replacement without special tools
• Designed for electrode heating principle humidification systems
• Compatible with multiple Nortec humidifier series including EL, NH-EL, NHB, ES, and MES2 models
• Integrated electrodes and water level sensors for precise humidity control
• Optimized for 020 capacity units (4-20 lbs./hr. steam output)
• Voltage range: 440-600V single-phase operation
• Service interval: 3 to 12 months depending on usage and water quality

This cylinder operates by passing electrical current through water between electrodes, generating steam through resistance heating. The Auto-Adaptive control system automatically adjusts water levels to maintain peak efficiency as mineral deposits form on electrode surfaces. Replacement cylinders should be changed every 6-12 months for optimal performance, with high-demand facilities requiring more frequent replacement. Cross-reference part numbers include 1509730, 1559029, 309, and 309SL.

Compatible Models: Nortec EL 020 440-480V/550-600V 1-Phase, NH-EL 020 440-600V 1-Phase, NHB 020 440-600V 1-Phase, ES and MES2 series (any capacity/voltage).
