Nortec 1519023 Cylinder 303 Replacement Steam Canister 208-240V 3-Phase

The Nortec 1519023 Cylinder 303 is a genuine OEM replacement steam canister designed for electrode-style commercial and industrial humidification systems. This cylinder is engineered for models rated at 12 to 29 pounds of steam per hour and operates on 208 to 240 volt 3-phase power, making it ideal for NH-020 series humidifiers.

How It Works:

Electrical currents pass through the water in the cylinder, heating it and generating steam. As clean steam is produced, the minerals that are in the water remain in the steam generating cylinder and are periodically removed through the automatic drain system. The integrated electrodes and water level sensors regulate steam output based on humidity demand.

Key Features:

• Genuine Condair/Nortec OEM replacement part (also known as 151-9023)
• Disposable design eliminates hazardous acid cleaning requirements
• Constructed of inert plastics for safe, easy disposal
• Auto-adaptive control maintains 100% output capacity throughout cylinder life
• Simple removal and replacement process minimizes maintenance downtime
• Weight: 4 lbs

Maintenance Benefits:

The cylinder is easily removed and replaced with a new clean cylinder, while other humidifiers must be totally disassembled for cleaning and require hazardous acids to remove the minerals. Humidifier cylinders should be replaced every 6 to 12 months, with high-demand facilities requiring more frequent replacement. Regular cylinder replacement ensures consistent humidity control and optimal system performance.
