Conbraco 20-250-00 Heavy Pattern Bronze Water Gauge 1/2" NPT 5/8" x 12" Glass

The Conbraco 20-250-00 is a heavy pattern bronze water gauge designed for demanding industrial and commercial liquid level monitoring applications. This complete gauge set includes top and bottom valve assemblies, 5/8" x 12" sight glass, and aluminum rod assembly for reliable boiler and hydronic system operation.

Key Features:

• Heavy pattern bronze construction using ASTM-B584 bronze for superior strength and corrosion resistance
• Automatic ball check valves in both upper and lower assemblies prevent liquid drainage if glass breaks, enhancing safety
• 1/2" male NPT pipe thread connections for standard boiler and piping system compatibility
• 5/8" outside diameter x 12" length tempered sight glass for clear liquid level visibility
• Aluminum handle assembly for easy operation and durability
• Rated for 400 psig at 100°F and 200 psig at 400°F service conditions
• CRN registered (OF6616.5C) for code compliance

This complete water gauge set is ideal for use on steam boilers, hot water boilers, and other vessels requiring accurate visual liquid level indication. The heavy pattern body design provides enhanced durability compared to standard gauge patterns, making it suitable for high-pressure industrial environments. The automatic ball check safety feature is a critical component that closes off flow if the glass tube is damaged, preventing system fluid loss and potential injury.
