Armstrong International D25403 Pilot Valve Repair Kit for GP-2000 Pressure Reducing Valves

The Armstrong International D25403 is a pilot valve repair kit (K-2110) designed specifically for 1/2" to 6" GP-2000 series pressure reducing valves. This comprehensive repair kit provides all necessary components to restore proper pilot valve operation in GP-2000 externally piloted, diaphragm-operated pressure reducing valves used in steam service applications.

Applications:

• Maintenance and repair of GP-2000 pressure reducing valves
• Steam service in heat exchangers and steam coils
• Industrial process equipment and heating systems
• Rotating dryers and intermittent service applications

The GP-2000 series valves are high-performance, externally piloted reducing valves designed for large capacity requirements with 20:1 rangeability and accurate control (+/-1% of pressure set point from 5% to 100% of flow). This repair kit helps maintain the reliable operation and long service life of these critical control valves.

Compatibility: GP-2000 series pressure reducing valves in sizes 1/2" through 6", both NPT threaded and flanged connections. Features hardened stainless steel working parts that are renewable in-line for easy maintenance.
