Parker Hannifin 958016P Pilot Assembly Repair Kit for SORIT Evaporator Pressure Regulating Valves

The Parker Hannifin 958016P (K-Y1005-1) is a comprehensive pilot assembly repair kit designed for SORIT evaporator pressure regulating valves, specifically compatible with SORIT-12, SORIT-15, and SORIT-20 models. This kit provides all the essential components needed to rebuild and maintain these pilot-operated pressure regulating valves used in commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

Kit Includes:

• Complete pilot assembly with adjustment spring
• Two tetraseal gaskets for SORIT-12 and SORIT-15 models
• One composition gasket for SORIT-20 model
• Copper flare gasket for leak-free connections
• 1/2 inch SAE bottom cap
• Eight hex head bolts for secure mounting

Application:

This repair kit is essential for maintaining evaporator pressure regulation in multi-evaporator refrigeration systems. The pilot assembly controls the main valve piston to maintain proper evaporator pressure, ensuring optimal system performance in food retail refrigeration, commercial air conditioning, and industrial cooling applications.

Installation Notes:

The pilot assembly requires proper alignment of inlet, outlet, and external equalizer connections. Locknut should be torqued to 30 ft-lbs for SORIT-12 models. Allen head cap screws from the original assembly must be replaced with the hex head screws included in this kit for proper installation and service life.

This genuine Parker Sporlan replacement kit ensures reliable pressure regulation and extends the service life of your SORIT evaporator pressure regulating valves.
