Parker Hannifin 470126 RT-616V3S-KS Steel Refrigerant Receiver 3/8 ODF

The Parker Hannifin 470126 is a professional-grade steel refrigerant receiver designed for air conditioning and refrigeration systems. This RT-616V3S-KS model features durable steel construction and 3/8" ODF (Outside Diameter Flare) connections for reliable integration with standard refrigerant tubing.

Key Features:

• 3/8" ODF solder connection with valve for easy system integration
• Steel construction for durability and corrosion resistance
• Serves as a refrigerant reservoir during normal system operation
• Ensures availability of reserve refrigerant during high load demands
• Provides storage capacity during automatic or service pump downs
• Compatible with CFC, HCFC, and HFC refrigerants
• Prevents refrigerant flooding of the evaporator

This receiver is essential for maintaining optimal system performance in residential and commercial HVAC applications. It helps improve energy efficiency, extend compressor longevity, and ensure smooth system operation by properly managing refrigerant storage and flow. The receiver stores refrigerant based on 80% of internal volume at 90°F per ARI standard 495, and selection should accommodate 90% of the total system refrigerant charge.
