BASO Gas H43BB-2 1/2" High Temperature Automatic Pilot Safety Valve

The BASO Gas H43BB-2 is an automatic pilot safety shut-off gas valve that provides safe lighting and complete shut-off of pilot and main burner gas if the flame heating the thermocouple is extinguished. This valve is a crucial component in HVAC systems, particularly in commercial and industrial applications, designed to withstand high temperatures and serve as an automated pilot control mechanism.

Key Specifications:

• 1/2" NPT connection with manual shutoff for natural and LP gas up to 0.5 PSI
• 1/4" compression coupling pilot tap on right with same gas flow as main valve, rated for high temperature (250°F)
• 150,000 BTU capacity
• Millivolt operation requires thermocouple (sold separately)

Features and Benefits:

• Regulates gas flow to maintain a consistent flame, providing reliable ignition and stable operation
• Safety shutoff feature closes the valve in the presence of unsafe conditions, preventing potential hazards
• High-quality materials and precision engineering ensure durability and longevity
• Compatible with natural gas and LP gas applications

Commonly used in commercial cooking equipment, furnaces, boilers, and other gas-powered heating systems where high-temperature operation and reliable safety controls are essential.
