Product Details

The BASO Gas H15DA-3 is a 3/4" NPT automatic safety shutoff pilot valve designed for standing pilot applications in commercial and industrial gas-fired equipment. This valve provides safe lighting and complete shutoff of both pilot and main burner gas in the event that the flame heating the thermocouple is extinguished, ensuring reliable safety protection.

  • 3/4" NPT female threaded inlet and outlet connections with 1/2" and 3/8" bushings included
  • Compatible with natural gas, LP gas, and LP gas-air mixtures
  • Maximum inlet pressure: 0.5 PSI (35 mbar)
  • Aluminum valve body construction for durability
  • Internal pilot gas flow design without Rotor B valve
  • Works with 30mV thermocouples for flame sensing
  • 100% shutoff safety feature
  • Large reset button for easy operation during lighting
  • Compact design: 3.17" L x 2.25" W x 3.93" H
  • Operating temperature range: -30°F to 175°F

The H15DA-3 replaces older models including H15DA-1, H15DA-3C, and H15CA-1. Its safe lighting feature allows gas flow only to the pilot burner during lighting, preventing accidental main burner ignition. The compact aluminum body permits installation in dimensionally restricted applications where space is limited.

Certified to ANSI Z21.20/Z21.21/Z21.78, CSA 6.5/6.20, and UL 372 standards.
