KMC Controls VEZ-4402CMBM Diverting Zone Valve Cv Spring Return HVAC Control Valves & Actuators - 1/2 3-Way 4.0 24VAC

The KMC Controls VEZ-4402CMBM is a 1/2-inch NPT three-way diverting globe zone control valve designed for precise regulation of hot or chilled water flow in commercial HVAC applications. With a flow coefficient (Cv) of 4.0, this valve delivers efficient fluid management for VAV terminal unit reheat coils, fan coil units, and induction units.

Key Features:

• 1/2-inch NPT threaded connections for standard installations
• 3-way diverting configuration for flexible piping arrangements
• 4.0 Cv flow coefficient for optimal water flow control
• 24VAC spring return actuator with fail-safe operation (Fail AB-A position)
• Compact design allows easy installation in small enclosures
• Visual position indication for easy monitoring
• Manual override capability for maintenance and troubleshooting
• Tool-free actuator replacement for simplified servicing
• UL listed for plenum installations with heat-resistant lead wires

The spring return actuator provides reliable two-position on/off control with automatic failsafe positioning during power loss. The valve body is normally open, with the actuator determining the fail position. This model is ideal for zone control applications requiring dependable performance and easy maintenance in commercial heating and cooling systems.
