KMC Controls MEP-3501 24V Spring Return Normally Closed 2-Position Zone Valve Actuator

The KMC Controls MEP-3501 is a 24-volt AC/DC spring return electric actuator designed for precise control of HVAC zone valves in commercial and residential building automation systems. This normally closed (NC) actuator provides reliable 2-position control, automatically returning to the closed position upon power loss for fail-safe operation.

Key Features:

• 24V AC/DC universal voltage operation for flexible installation
• Spring return mechanism ensures fail-safe normally closed operation
• 2-position control for on/off valve applications
• Compact design for easy mounting on standard zone valves
• Direct-coupled connection eliminates linkage adjustments
• Low power consumption for energy-efficient operation
• Durable construction for long service life in HVAC applications

Ideal for hydronic heating and cooling systems, the MEP-3501 actuator provides dependable zone control for variable air volume (VAV) systems, fan coils, unit heaters, and radiant floor heating applications. The spring return design makes it particularly suitable for safety-critical applications where valves must close during power outages.
