Modine 5H0794410003 Pressure Switch 0.63 Inch Water Column

The Modine 5H0794410003 is a genuine OEM pressure switch designed for use in Modine gas-fired unit heaters. This critical safety component monitors airflow pressure within the heating system, ensuring proper ventilation before allowing burner operation.

Key Features:

• Activation pressure: 0.63 inches water column (WC)
• Prevents burner operation when ventilation is restricted or inadequate
• Automatic reset functionality once normal pressure conditions are restored
• Durable construction engineered to withstand harsh industrial and commercial environments
• Genuine Modine OEM replacement part for reliable performance

This pressure switch is commonly used in Modine Hot Dawg and other gas-fired unit heater models. When the inducer motor starts, the pressure switch closes the circuit only when proper draft pressure is achieved, allowing the ignition sequence to continue. If airflow is blocked or restricted, the switch remains open, preventing unsafe burner operation and potential carbon monoxide buildup. The automatic reset feature ensures continuous operation without manual intervention once the issue is resolved, making it an essential component for safe and efficient heater operation.
