The Modine 5H0750310000 is a genuine OEM replacement flame sensor designed for Modine gas-fired unit heaters. This critical safety component detects burner ignition to ensure reliable and safe heater operation by monitoring flame presence during the heating cycle.

Key Features:

• Genuine Modine OEM replacement part ensuring proper fit and function
• Compatible with Hot Dawg HD and HDS models from 30,000 to 125,000 BTU (HD30-HD125 and HDS30-HDS125)
• Works with PTS (Power Tube System) and BTS (Burner Tube System) series heaters
• Functions with both spark ignition and hot surface ignition systems
• Direct replacement for older part numbers 5H75031 and 32242

The flame sensor is a vital component in gas heater safety systems, shutting off gas flow if flame is not detected. This prevents dangerous gas buildup and ensures your Modine heater operates safely and efficiently. Common symptoms indicating flame sensor replacement include intermittent burner shutdowns, short heating cycles, or error code 7 on compatible models.

Designed for use in garages, workshops, warehouses, greenhouses, and commercial/industrial heating applications where Modine Hot Dawg and related series unit heaters are installed.
