Modine 5H0750020007 Flame Rollout Switch 300°F Manual Reset SPST

The Modine 5H0750020007 is a 300°F manual reset SPST (Single Pole Single Throw) flame rollout switch designed as a critical safety component for Modine Hot Dawg gas-fired unit heaters. This safety device monitors temperature and interrupts the electrical circuit if temperatures exceed 300 degrees Fahrenheit, protecting your heating system from dangerous flame rollout conditions.

Key Features:

• Manual reset operation for enhanced safety verification
• 300°F temperature trip rating
• SPST electrical configuration
• Compatible with Modine Hot Dawg HD30-HD75 heaters with Spark Ignition
• Designed for Modine Spark Ignition (SI) models ONLY
• OEM replacement part (Part Number 5H75002-7 / FP 56085)

The flame rollout switch detects high temperature conditions due to inadequate combustion air and shuts down the heater to prevent fire or carbon monoxide poisoning. This switch is used with Hot Dawg models HD125, HDS125, PTS250, PTS300, PTS350, and PTS400, as well as HD30-HD75 spark ignition units. The manual reset feature ensures that the heating system cannot restart until the switch is physically reset, prompting inspection of the underlying issue before resuming operation.

Installation Note: This is a genuine Modine OEM replacement part. Professional installation by a qualified HVAC technician is recommended to ensure proper safety system operation.
