Dorman 601-574 Radiator Shutter Assembly for Select Ford Models

The Dorman 601-574 Radiator Shutter Assembly is a direct-replacement active grille shutter system designed to restore proper engine cooling and aerodynamic efficiency in select Ford vehicles. This assembly controls airflow through the radiator by opening and closing louvers based on engine temperature and driving conditions, helping to optimize fuel economy and reduce emissions while maintaining ideal operating temperatures.

Key Features:

• Direct replacement for worn or failed factory active grille shutter assemblies
• Includes electric motor actuator and mounting hardware for complete installation
• Engineered to match OEM fit, form, and function for reliable performance
• Helps maintain optimal engine temperature and improve aerodynamic efficiency
• Rigorously tested to ensure quality and durability

Active grille shutters are computer-controlled systems that reduce aerodynamic drag at highway speeds and help engines reach operating temperature faster during cold starts. When this component fails, it may trigger check engine lights, reduce fuel efficiency, or cause improper engine cooling. This Dorman replacement assembly restores proper system operation with a direct-fit solution that installs with basic hand tools.
