Fireye NXCESUV Ultraviolet Flame Amplifier Module - for NXF4000

The Fireye NXCESUV is a plug-in ultraviolet flame amplifier card designed specifically for use with the NXF4000 parallel positioning controller. This non-self-checking UV amplifier module provides critical flame detection and signal processing capabilities for industrial burner management systems.

Key Features:

• Plug-in amplifier design for easy installation and replacement
• Ultraviolet (UV) flame detection technology for accurate flame monitoring
• Non-self-checking operation optimized for cycling burner applications
• Compatible with NXF4000 parallel positioning controllers
• Processes UV flame signals for reliable burner supervision
• Designed for gas and oil burner flame sensing applications

This amplifier module works in conjunction with compatible UV flame scanners to monitor flame presence in industrial combustion systems. The NXCESUV receives and processes the flame signal from the UV scanner, providing critical safety control for burner operations. Its non-self-checking design makes it ideal for burner systems that cycle on and off regularly, as opposed to continuous-firing applications which require self-checking amplifiers.

The plug-in design allows for straightforward installation into the NXF4000 controller chassis and simplifies maintenance and replacement procedures. This amplifier is a key component in Fireye's Nexus series burner control system, delivering the precision and reliability required for safe industrial combustion management.
