Wiseco RED0015X05 RED Series Forged Piston Set

Wiseco RED Series forged piston sets are built using the company's Race Engineered Design (RED™) process, delivering the strength, durability, and precision that high-performance domestic V8 engines demand. Wiseco is unique among aftermarket piston manufacturers in the United States as the only brand that produces pistons strictly using the forging process.

Starting with aerospace-grade aluminum, the forging process compresses the material's molecules, increasing the density of the aluminum and aligning the grain flow of the alloy — resulting in a product that is resistant to impact and fatigue, with improved ultimate strength and ductility.

Key Features:

• Race Engineered Design (RED™) construction offering the strength and durability performance engines need with precision-machined features for a competitive edge
• 100% forged construction — Wiseco is the only U.S. aftermarket piston brand that uses exclusively the forging process
• Designed for popular domestic V8 platforms across applications from drag racing to Circle Track
• ArmorGlide skirt coating for reduced friction and improved wear resistance
• Engineered using the latest 3D design techniques and finite element modeling software to ensure maximum strength and minimum weight

These forged pistons utilize race-engineered design to offer the strength and durability that performance engines need, with precision-machined features to provide a competitive edge — delivering the ultimate balance of performance and value.
