Product Details

The Genuine 2464710030 fuel pump lock ring is an OEM replacement component designed to secure and seal the fuel pump assembly inside the fuel tank. This bayonet-style lock ring is engineered to Mercedes-Benz exacting standards, ensuring proper fit and reliable performance on Sprinter vans equipped with 2.0L and 3.0L diesel engines, as well as 2.0L gas engines.

Key Features:

  • Genuine Mercedes-Benz OEM part for guaranteed quality and fitment
  • Bayonet-type cap design for secure installation and removal
  • Locks fuel pump assembly in place while compressing the seal to prevent fuel leaks
  • Prevents fuel vapor leakage around the tank opening
  • Direct replacement for worn or damaged original lock rings
  • Corrosion-resistant construction for long service life

The fuel tank lock ring installs over the collar of the fuel pump assembly and engages tabs on the fuel tank collar, creating downward pressure as it twists into place. This compression maintains a leak-free seal and prevents the ring from loosening over time. Replacing a worn or damaged lock ring helps eliminate fuel odors, fuel loss, and poor gas mileage caused by inadequate seal compression.

Thankyou

Great job , awesome shipping

Really fast way to shop and great price

thanks

When I ordered this shower faucet to replace the original, I didn't expect arrival for maybe a week. This arrived in 2 days. That's amazing. I'm very suprised and satisfied with the quality. I installed it the same day in about 20 min. I'm actually going to order another one, just with a different finish. Or I might order 2 so I can have an extra. Never know when 1 of the 3 could end up with the hose fitting broken off. Thanks Guys n Gals. Keep up the good work. Rob

Great source for specialty product with very reasonable prices.

Very helpful and courteous.
