Order came very very quickly

Purchased a Dometic 16K AC retrofit unit to replace one that died after 20 years. Price for unit was comparable to other sites, and these other sites did not have the product in stock. Other sites were not specific on when part would be available. Boatplicity offered the best price for available stock. Part arrived as promised and delivery was on time. Arrived in excellent condition due to careful shipping packaging. AC unit has been installed and appears to be working well. Thanks for your assistance. Easy to find what I was looking for.

Finding the item was great. There were not many places that had it due to stock shortages from Onan/Cummins. The price was a lot lower than the closest company that stocked it. Ordering was easy. However, I contacted CS due to the fact that the "Tracking" link in the email did not lead me to any type of tracking. The only thing it did was go to the invoice for the order. I was kind of bugged as I was getting ready to head out of town and needed the part. I do web app design and implementation for a living. Someone needs to check the click on links to ensure they go to the proper place.

The fuel pump came very quickly and although I haven't put it in yet, it is the correct and formerly unobtainable part for my older Jeep. Was so glad you had it in stock!!
