The Demon Powersport X-Treme Heavy Duty Axle represents the pinnacle of ATV/UTV axle engineering, designed specifically for extreme terrain racing including desert, sand, mud, rock crawling, and short course competition. This "Hell Rated" axle delivers professional-grade performance and durability for the most demanding off-road conditions.

Premium 4340 Chromoly Steel Construction:

Every component of this axle is manufactured from 4340 Chromoly Steel, including the shaft, housing, cage, race, and balls. This material choice provides superior elasticity, allowing the axle to absorb stress internally rather than transferring it to your differential and drivetrain, helping preserve other critical components on your machine.

Enhanced Performance Features:

• 20-30% larger components compared to standard heavy-duty axles for increased strength
• Proprietary dual heat treatment process for maximum durability
• Re-engineered cage design for enhanced longevity
• Micro-polished internal components prevent heat buildup
• Molybdenum grease lubrication for optimal performance
• Unique boot design for superior protection
• Larger swing angles up to 47 degrees for improved articulation
• Available in 300M shaft material for select applications

Long Travel Kit Compatible:

This axle is engineered to work seamlessly with all major long travel suspension and lift kits from manufacturers including Cognito Motorsports, Extreme Performance, Fireball Racing HCR, NXS Designs, Madigan Motorsports, SF Raceworks, LSK, Lone Star Racing, Fifty6 Industries, FabWerx, Grounder 4, UTV Wolfpack, Reflex, and Long Travel Industries. The optimized heat management allows CVs to run cooler and last longer in demanding conditions.

Race-Proven Reliability:

Trusted by professional racers competing in BITD, SCORE, SNORA, and Dakar Rally events. Each axle undergoes extensive testing and quality control before release, ensuring it meets the highest performance standards. Backed by an industry-leading 2-year limited warranty.

Whether you're running increased horsepower or larger tires, the Demon X-Treme Heavy Duty Axle provides the strength and reliability needed to keep your machine performing at its best in the most challenging terrain.
