Product Details

The Demon Powersport PARP-1001HD is a heavy-duty rack and pinion steering assembly engineered as a direct OEM replacement for ATV and UTV applications. Built with premium materials throughout, this unit delivers improved durability and longevity over the factory steering component it replaces — with no modifications required for installation.

Key Features:

  • Direct OEM Replacement: Designed to drop in as a factory-spec replacement with no cutting, drilling, or custom fabrication needed
  • Alloy Steel Input Shaft and Gears: Heavy-duty alloy steel construction provides exceptional strength and resistance to the high stresses common in off-road steering systems
  • Chromoly Steel Output Shaft: The chromoly steel output shaft — an alloy combining chromium and molybdenum — offers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio along with superior resistance to corrosion and abrasion
  • Cast Aluminum Housing: A lightweight yet rigid cast aluminum housing protects all internal steering components from dirt, debris, and impact damage encountered on the trail

The PARP-1001HD is an ideal solution for ATV and UTV owners looking to restore precise steering feel or upgrade a worn factory unit with a more robust, long-lasting alternative from Demon Powersport.
