Demon Powersports PACV-3034XHD Xtreme Heavy Duty ATV/UTV CV Joint

The Demon Powersports PACV-3034XHD is an Xtreme Heavy Duty CV joint engineered for ATV and UTV applications that demand more than stock components can deliver. Every element of this CV joint — including the race, cage, and balls — is constructed from 4340 Chromoly steel and subjected to a dual heat treatment process for maximum strength and wear resistance.

The redesigned inner cage geometry improves load distribution and joint articulation under high-stress off-road conditions, making this an ideal replacement or upgrade for demanding trail, mud, rock, and race environments.

Key Features:

• Full 4340 Chromoly steel construction — race, cage, and balls all included
• Dual heat treated for enhanced hardness and long-term durability
• Redesigned inner cage for improved strength and articulation
• Compatible exclusively with Demon Xtreme Axles — not a universal fitment part

Important: This CV joint must be paired with a compatible Demon CV boot kit to complete installation. Boot kits are sold separately and should be purchased at the same time to ensure all necessary components are on hand when reassembling your axle.
