Four Seasons 36223 Heater Blend Door Actuator HVAC Temperature Control

The Four Seasons 36223 is a replacement HVAC blend door actuator designed to restore proper temperature and airflow control to your vehicle's heating and air conditioning system. The blend door actuator is a small electric motor that receives signals from the climate control module and physically moves the blend door — the flap that mixes hot and cold air to achieve the desired cabin temperature.

When the original actuator fails, common symptoms include clicking or tapping noises from behind the dashboard, inconsistent cabin temperature, or complete loss of temperature control. Replacing it with the Four Seasons 36223 restores precise climate control operation.
