Rock Jock RJ-301600-101 Johnny Joint Rod End Narrow Forged - 2 Inch 7/8-14 LH

The Rock Jock RJ-301600-101 Johnny Joint rod end is a high-performance articulating joint designed for custom fabrication and suspension systems. This narrow forged joint delivers 40 degrees of unrestricted movement in any direction—nearly double the articulation of standard heim joints—making it ideal for off-road vehicles requiring maximum suspension travel and flexibility.

Key Features:

• Narrow 2-inch diameter forged joint body with gold zinc plating for corrosion resistance
• High-density urethane bushings encasing the heat-treated center ball provide cushioning and vibration dampening
• Cross-drilled center ball allows thru-bolt lubrication for extended service life
• Heavy-duty heat-treated side washers and snap ring retain joint internals under extreme loads
• Integrated zerk fitting for easy maintenance and greasing
• 7/8 inch-14 left hand threads, 2.3 inches long on shank
• 2-inch mounting width ball with .515-inch diameter thru-bolt hole

Johnny Joints are the preferred choice for rock crawlers, trail rigs, and custom suspension builds where articulation, durability, and ride quality matter. The urethane bushing design eliminates the harshness and noise associated with traditional heim joints while maintaining superior strength and range of motion.
