Lennox 79L63 12 Port Gas Manifold

The Lennox 79L63 is a genuine OEM 12-port gas manifold designed for use in Lennox gas furnaces and heating systems. This critical component connects the gas valve to the main burners, distributing fuel evenly across twelve individual burner ports to ensure proper combustion and reliable heating performance.

Key Features:

• Genuine Lennox OEM replacement part
• 12-port configuration for multi-burner furnace systems
• Precision-engineered to maintain proper manifold pressure for optimal combustion
• Compatible with both natural gas and LP applications when properly configured
• Durable construction designed for long-term reliability

The gas manifold plays a vital role in furnace operation by maintaining the correct pressure required for efficient and safe combustion. Main burners connect to the gas manifold through brass fittings called spuds, which have precisely drilled holes sized according to fuel type and desired gas flow. This Lennox 79L63 manifold ensures consistent gas distribution across all twelve burner ports, promoting complete combustion, proper BTU output, and system longevity.

This is a direct replacement for Lennox heating equipment requiring a 12-port gas manifold assembly. Professional installation by a qualified HVAC technician is strongly recommended to ensure proper pressure settings and safe operation.
