Product Details

The Advanced Engine Design 6087 Carburetor Choke Thermostat is a precision-engineered replacement component designed to regulate the automatic choke system on carbureted engines. This thermostat controls the choke plate operation during cold starts by utilizing a temperature-sensitive coil spring mechanism that gradually opens the choke as the engine warms up.

Key Features:

  • Precision-calibrated bimetallic coil spring for accurate choke operation
  • Direct replacement design for reliable cold-start performance
  • Durable construction to withstand engine heat cycling
  • Ensures proper air-fuel mixture during engine warm-up
  • Improves cold-start reliability and reduces engine flooding

This choke thermostat mounts directly to the carburetor housing and connects to the choke linkage to provide automatic choke control. Proper choke operation is essential for smooth cold starts, reduced emissions during warm-up, and optimal engine performance in varying temperature conditions.

Great price cheapest around super fast shipping will go to for all other performance parts needs!!!!!

Quick, straightforward, like Amazon pay

Very fast shipping, always great prices.

After shopping around for a specific cargo carrier, Autoplicity had the best total price by over $50 and great ratings, so I gave them a try. I received the SportRack Aero XL - A90275 last Thursday and am VERY impressed with their price and service. The cargo carrier arrived quickly (ordered Sat, rec'd Thurs) and in fine shape. I will recommend Autoplicity to my friends, and plan to shop with them for my future automotive needs.

Wanted to buy my parts on another audtion site but found the price much better on Autoplicity, and the service seems friendly.

Very pleased with product and shipping prices. Best price on the internet.Took a few to many days between order placement and shipping. Once the product was shipped the timing was very good.Talked with support-they were helpful and friendly.
