Belimo LMB24-HM 24V Spring Return Damper Actuator

The Belimo LMB24-HM is a 24V spring return damper actuator designed for reliable control of HVAC dampers in commercial building automation systems. This actuator provides 35 in-lb (4 Nm) of torque with a 90-second running time for 90-degree rotation, making it suitable for dampers up to 8 square feet.

Key Features:

• 24 VAC/DC universal voltage operation for flexible installation
• Spring return to fail-safe position for safety and energy efficiency
• 35 in-lb (4 Nm) torque output for positive damper control
• 90-second timing for full 90-degree rotation
• Floating control (3-point) for modulating damper positioning
• Auxiliary switches for position indication and interlock functions
• Direct-mount design with universal mounting bracket included
• Durable metal gear train for long service life

This actuator serves as a direct replacement for older Belimo LM24-M and LM24-HM models, offering improved reliability and performance. The compact design allows for easy installation in tight mechanical spaces, while the manual override feature enables positioning during service or power loss. Ideal for VAV boxes, mixing dampers, and outdoor air economizer applications in building HVAC systems.
