Fireye UV7SC Self-Check UV Flame Scanner 1" NPT for MB Series Controls

The Fireye UV7SC is a high-performance, self-check ultraviolet flame scanner designed for continuous monitoring of gas or oil flames in industrial burner applications. It integrates seamlessly with Fireye's MB Series Multi-Burner and SB Series Single Burner controls, as well as the MBPF-100S and MB-600PF flame sensing modules.

Advanced Self-Check Technology:

• Mechanical shutter automatically checks scanner circuitry every 10 seconds for flame signals, interrupting output and shutting down the flame safeguard system if a "runaway" condition is detected
• Internal detectors and signal processor provide automatic verification every 10 seconds for reliable flame detection
• UV tube filled with gas ionizes when exposed to UV radiation from flame, generating signal to control system to energize or hold flame relay

Durable Industrial Construction:

• Features fused silica quartz lens and machined alloy housing designed for high-temperature environments
• Operating temperature range: -4° to 140°F (-20° to 60°C)
• 1-inch NPT threaded connection with quartz viewing window
• Includes 72-inch lead wires, operates on 120 VAC
• Designed for field replacement without disturbing existing wiring

Ideal for industrial and commercial applications requiring continuous flame monitoring in gas or oil-fired burner systems. Note: Requires cable assembly P/N 59-504-010 (sold separately).
