Fireye UV1A3 Ultraviolet Flame Scanner with 3 ft Cable 1/2 NPT

The Fireye UV1A3 is a compact, non-self-checking ultraviolet flame scanner designed for monitoring flames in gas and No. 2 oil burner applications. This scanner features a 3-foot flexible lead and 1/2" NPT mounting with a sealed, non-replaceable quartz UV tube.

Key Features:

• Detects ultraviolet radiation emitted during combustion, triggering current pulses across internally energized electrodes that are sent to the flame amplifier for processing into a flame signal
• Ultraviolet miniature non-self-checking scanner suitable for fuel gases and #2 oils with non-replaceable tube and 1/2" NPT mounting collar
• 3 ft. cable rated for tray cable - exposed run (TC-ER)
• Operating temperature range: -40°F to +215°F (-40°C to +102°C)
• NEMA 4x compliant
• Requires a flame amplifier, like the Fireye EUV series

Compatible with Fireye M-Series, MicroM, Flame-Monitor, BurnerLogix, and Nexus control systems, providing reliable, high-speed flame detection in industrial burner environments. Recommended for detecting flames from standard fuel gases, some waste gases and light oil fuels such as No. 2 oil.
