Fireye MERT1 Flame Rod Photocell Amplifier Module 0.8 Second FFRT

The Fireye MERT1 is a flame rectification amplifier module designed for use with Fireye Modular MicroM burner management control systems. This plug-in amplifier module provides reliable flame sensing capabilities using flame rods or cadmium sulfide (CdS) photocells, delivering fast-response flame monitoring with a 0.8-second Flame Failure Response Time (FFRT).

Key Features:

• Compatible with Fireye MicroM control systems for modular burner management
• Works with 69ND and 45CM flame detection devices
• 0.8-second FFRT for rapid flame failure detection
• Built-in test jacks for flame signal measurement during operation
• 0-10 VDC flame signal output for monitoring and diagnostics
• Plug-in design for easy installation and replacement
• Provides flame scanning capabilities using standard Fireye flame rods or CdS photocells

This amplifier module interfaces directly with the MicroM chassis and works in conjunction with programmer modules to create a complete flame safeguard system. The standardized 0-10 VDC output allows for consistent flame signal measurement across different sensor types, enhancing system safety and reliability in commercial and industrial burner applications.
