Fireye MBCE-110FR-1 Flame Sensor Module 120VAC Flame Rod 1 Second FFRT

The Fireye MBCE-110FR-1 is a single-channel flame sensor module designed to monitor flame presence in industrial combustion applications. This 120VAC module operates on 50/60 Hz power and utilizes flame rod sensing technology based on the ionization principle to provide reliable, self-checking flame detection for boilers, furnaces, and other combustion equipment.

Key Features:

• 120VAC power supply, 50/60 Hz operation
• Flame rod (FR) sensing technology for ionization-based flame detection
• 1 second Flame Failure Response Time (FFRT) for rapid safety response
• CE approved for international compliance
• Visual LED indication for flame ON/OFF status
• 4-20mA output for direct reading of flame signal strength
• Electrical outputs signal flame presence or absence
• Compatible with stand-alone wiring base (60-2886, sold separately)

The MBCE-110FR-1 provides cost-effective flame monitoring for industrial burner management systems. It can function independently or integrate as part of a larger combustion control system. The module's quick flame failure response time ensures safe operation by detecting loss of flame within one second, helping prevent fuel wastage and equipment damage. Compatible with Fireye flame rods for proven reliability in commercial heating and industrial process equipment.
