Fireye M4RT1 Integrated Flame Safeguard Control 120V

The Fireye M4RT1 is a compact burner management system designed to provide automatic ignition and continuous flame monitoring for commercial-sized heating and process burners using gaseous fuels. This integrated flame rectification control combines flame detection and control functions into a single unit for enhanced safety and reliable combustion management.

Key Features:

• 120 VAC, 50/60 Hz operation with 12 VA power consumption
• Flame rod detection with built-in amplifier and programmer
• Factory-set timing: 5-second purge and 10-second pilot trial for ignition (PTFI)
• Fixed 3-second flame failure response time (F.F.R.T.)
• Recycle operation mode with safety checking circuit on each start
• LED indicator lights display operating status (Air Flow, PTFI, Flame, and Alarm)
• Onboard jumpers for easy configuration of control functions
• Field-replaceable fuse protection on terminals 3, 4, and 5
• Test jacks provided for flame signal measurement during operation
• No wiring base required - terminals included on relay board

The M4RT1 incorporates a safety checking circuit that activates on each start. If flame is detected prior to start or during purge, fuel valves will not energize and the unit will lockout. In the event of ignition failure or safety shutdown, the control locks out and activates an alarm circuit. The unit can be reset by cycling power OFF and back ON. Compatible with UV90L-2 UV scanner and operates within ambient temperature range of -40°F to 140°F.
