Fireye EP170 Programmer Module Early Spark Termination 30 Second Purge

The Fireye EP170 is a programmer module designed for use with the E100 and E110 Flame-Monitor burner management control systems. This module features selectable purge timing (30 seconds minimum), 5 and 10 second trial for ignition (TFI), non-recycle operation, and early spark termination.

Key Features:

• Provides start-up programming, safe-start check, and flame monitoring supervision
• Six dipswitch configuration for operational characteristics including forced blower motor start delay, extended purge timing, and 3-P running interlock circuit options
• De-energizes all fuel valve circuits within 4 seconds following flame failure or at end of pilot-trial-for-ignition period if no flame is detected
• Stores burner cycle, on-time history, and lockout history in non-volatile memory
• Features RJ45 connector for ED510 display module and two RJ12 connectors for Modbus communications
• Ensures open damper (high purge) prepurge, proof of low fire position, and fuel valve end switch safety checks

A running interlock circuit on the Flame-Monitor system constantly monitors limit switches, air flow switches, and fuel pressure switches through the programmer. Operating temperature range is -40° to 140°F (-40° to 60°C) with 120 VAC supply voltage. The Flame-Monitor control uses the same wiring base as the Fireye D-Series and C-Series controls and is directly interchangeable with most models without rewiring.
