Fireye AC6A1BD 120V Rotary Actuator 75° Upright Mount

The Fireye AC6A1BD is a keypad programmable rotary actuator designed for precise modulating control in burner and valve control systems. Operating on 120V AC power at 50/60 Hz, this actuator provides 75-degree rotation for dampers and butterfly valves in commercial and industrial HVAC applications.

Key Features:

• 75-degree stroke range for precise positioning control
• 20 lb-in (2.3 N-m) output torque for reliable operation
• Upright mounting orientation with wire connections at bottom
• Direct-coupled modulating motor for burner and valve control
• Keypad programmable with digital position display
• 3mm drive shaft with through hole for coupling attachment
• Auxiliary contact outputs for system integration
• Local manual positioning control capability

The integrated display keypad provides real-time indication of actuator position and direction of travel, while allowing technicians to locally adjust positioning. Programmable parameters include minimum and maximum travel positions, auxiliary contact actuation points, and rotation direction. The drive shaft connects directly to butterfly valve stems or damper linkages, typically rotating 90 degrees from minimum to maximum position in process temperature regulation applications.

Designed for use with electronic combustion controls, the AC6A1BD actuator offers reliable performance in demanding industrial environments where precise modulating control is required.
