Fireye 95DISP-1 Vacuum Fluorescent Display Module for InSight II Flame Scanner

The Fireye 95DISP-1 is a vacuum fluorescent display (VFD) module designed for use with the InSight II Type 95DSS3 flame scanner system. This display module provides a user interface for configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting advanced flame detection systems in commercial and industrial combustion applications.

Key Features:

• 2-line by 16-character alpha-numeric VFD display for clear visibility
• Integrated 5-pushbutton keypad for intuitive operation
• User-installable design mounts directly to the end of standard InSight II scanners
• Allows viewing and adjustment of operating parameters and setpoints
• Real-time flame signal strength monitoring
• Access to programmable files for different fuels and firing rates
• Compatible with 95DSS3-1 and other standard InSight II scanner models

This display module is essential for commissioning and maintaining InSight II flame scanners in boilers, furnaces, and burner management systems. The 95DISP-1 requires 24 VDC power (Fireye power supply 60-2685 recommended) and connects via the scanner's electrical interface. For applications requiring the scanner without an attached display, the InSight II system can alternatively use the 95WIDISP-2 wireless transmitter with handheld remote, or a 61-7347-1 blank cover.
